* no calorie count-pizza day
MARK 11:23 “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain,`Be removed; Be thou taken up and cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that what he says comes to pass; he shall have it”.
All right, here I am with more advice of my own which I am going to start trying. That is to speak out loud positive, affirming statements to my food and plate telling them once and for all they have no dominion or control over me each meal. Really, I mean it. I am going to try it. No matter that I am aging and people might think I was senile talking out loud. No matter that years ago I did have mental health issues. No matter what, I am going to put this Scripture into practice and say to my overeater tendencies, “Be removed.”
Drastic times calls for drastic measures. For this upcoming year, what drastic measure are you willing to take to claim your diet victory?

Just don’t ‘remove it’ into your body….
I will have to think this one over….I know I need to do something, I want this New Year to be the year there is a New Me, also…and that is going to take drastic measures as you said. I am not sure what they will be just yet, but will come back here and let you know when I do.
Lord, We ask for a Victory today, for Editor. Today is her weak day, with pizza. Pizza does have some good…protein from the meat, vegetables if we put green peppers and muchrooms on it…..butwhen we eat the ‘whole thing’–and maybe eat 2 or 3 of the ‘whole things’ there is to many calories. Give her wisdom, today. Let her enjoy every bite she has, and when she is finished let her be satisfied and not angry with herself for over indulging.
[I pray this prayer for myself also, as it is ‘Christmas Dinner’ with the family today. Let me enjoy every bite, and not feel angry with myself because I went overboard…[

Angelic, we will brainstorm this coming New Year.
I will keep you in prayer throughout the day that your Christmas meal reflects Christ and the joy of choosing Him over the food that we are tempted to celebrate with. Amen
